Advanced Support – One-Time Intervention
This service covers a one-time advanced technical intervention, including troubleshooting, analysis, and corrective actions related to server, hosting, or database environments.
Some interventions require explicit temporary access permission to the customer’s account, server, or database systems in order to perform the requested work.
⚠️ Important notice
This service is billed as a one-time fee and is non-refundable once the support case has been opened, regardless of the outcome.
If required access or consent is not granted or is withdrawn, the intervention cannot be performed.
In such cases, the fee remains payable, as time and resources have already been reserved and administrative work has been initiated.
All access is handled in accordance with EU regulations and GDPR, and is limited strictly to the scope and duration of the active support case.
Service availability notice
This service is handled manually by a technician and is processed exclusively during regular business hours.
Requests submitted outside office hours, during weekends, holidays, or periods of unavailability (out of office) will be handled on the next business day.
This service does not include 24/7 or emergency support, unless explicitly agreed in writing as part of a separate service agreement.
By purchasing this service, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
